2018/10/17 This November 5th to 12th in Hamanaka, Japan, a team of artists including Signature AFC Members Eriko Kobayashi and Yasuo Watanabe are collaborating with the NGO Fish Owl Aid to support the Blakiston's Fish-Owl. The artists and Fish Owl Aid will be sketching the natural environments of eastern Hokkaido, where they are hostjng a series of workshops and inform visitors and residents about conserving the critically endangered species of owl. |

2018/09/21 Vancouver, British Columbia – Artists for Conservation (AFC),is pleased to announce that on September 22, the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum (ASDM) will host AFC's touring exhibit comprising most of the artwork from the recent 2018 AFC Festival in Vancouver. Over 60 artworks will go on display to the public through November 25, 2018. A special program featuring many exhibiting artists will run November 9-10. |

2018/07/15 UK's best selling pencil artist, AFC Signature Member Gary Hodge's has just released his latest book featuring artwork from his latest conservation charity event The event is hosted at at the renowned Nature in Art museum in Gloucestershire, from 10-22 July 2018, and is 100% in aid of six conservation and wildlife art charities. Central to the event is an online and live auction featuring 50 specially embellished prints. Each are drawn over with 1,000s of pencil strokes making them all unique and collectable. |

2018/07/14 Two hours drive from Pakistan's capital city of Islamabad is a mountain resort town of Nathia Gali. This summer, the town will host its first wildlife art exhibit featuring the artwork of AFC's Dr. Ahsan Qureshi. The show venue is Hotel Elites Nathiagali, and will run August 4th and 5th. |

2018/06/29 AFC Artist Award Winners for 2018 ExhibitVancouver, BC CANADA - June 29, 2018 - Artists for Conservation (AFC) is pleased to announce the award winners of the tenth annual AFC International Exhibit of Nature in Art to be held this August 22-25 in Vancouver, BC. The awards include five AFC Medals of Excellence, which recognizes at least five outstanding artworks in the exhibit, and an Environmental Statement Award. AFC has also created a new Best in Show Award this year, in recognition of the highest scoring artwork by the jury panel in the annual exhibit. Artists receiving the awards are as follows: |
